This dinner/barrel tasting will be served "Cocktail-style"! There will be "cocktail barrels" to place your food & wine on; chairs available upon request.

Tasty food by Chef Michelle Gapp paired with

Delicious RED WINES poured straight from the barrel by the winemaker! If you prefer white wines, we can accomodate your tastes.

                         Greg Walter's new incarnation (usually referred to as Caravan X). Greg's amazing guitar work and origninal tunes are inter-woven with the groove of stand-up bass and an intoxicating rhythm section!


Felafel and seared talapia tacos with red cabbage slaw, chipotle ranch and salsa fresca on a grilled double corn tortilla

Jambalaya rice with black beans, cut corn and yellow hominy

Pile o' Nachos with homemade creole corn chips, red relish queso, chicken sausage, pickled carrots, green onions, kalamatas, roasted kale and ancho salsa
