Kaibab Sauvage-  Colorado Vineyard Specialists

Growing in Colorado's wine country since 2006, Colorado Vineyard Specialists in Palisade, CO produces Malbec and Black Muscat varietals. The owner Kaibab Sauvage is currently on the board of directors of the Colorado Association for Viticulture and Enology (CAVE).

 

Bruce TalboTt- Talbott Farms

Located in Palisade, CO along Palisade's fruit and wine byway, Talbott farms produces a large variety of grapes with the mission to "produce value from the land". This 5th generation Colorado vineyard provides Vino Salida with grape varietals such as Cabernet Franc, Cabernet, Chardonnay, Merlot, Riesling, Syrah, Tempranillo, and Zinfandel.

Jamie Johnston- The Beekeepers Honey Boutique

Keeping with family tradition since 1908, Jamie is a fourth generation beekeeper. Jamie's shop in Salida, CO The Beekeepers Honey Boutique provides Vino Salida with raw honey to produce our meads along with jars of flavored honey and other sweet treats. 

 
 

Neil Jaquet- Ambelos Vinyards

Former president of the Colorado Association for Viticulture and Enology (CAVE) Neil Jacquet produces grape varietals in Palisade, CO. His company Ambelos Vineyards has four adjacent vineyards that produce grapes in Colorado's prestigious wine country.
